30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Glowfit purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unused
In original condition with tags attached
In original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Email us at glowfitshopco@gmail.com to initiate your return. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Personal care goods
Perishable goods
Custom or personalized products
Sale items
Gift cards
Hazardous materials

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at glowfitshopco@gmail.com.

EU Customers

EU customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under applicable consumer protection laws.
